Housed was born from one of the UK's largest property investment groups. Since 2017, Sourced has grown into a national platform powering more than 100,000 investors, supported by 200+ investment agents and 230+ partner offices across the UK — helping fund over £85 million worth of property developments along the way. But across that network, a quieter conversation kept surfacing. Landlords wanting their properties to do something meaningful. Housing providers struggling to find the right homes for the people they care for. The need was everywhere. The bridge wasn't.

So Housed was built to be that bridge — turning Sourced's reach, relationships, and rigour into long-term homes for the people who need them most. One family. Two specialisms. A shared belief that property, done properly, can change lives.
